Zimmer in Kallio 1.1.2011-28.2.2011

Hallo,

ich möchte mein Zimmer in Helsinki-Kallio vom 1.1.2011 bis zum 28.2.2011 zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer ist rund 20m² groß und die Miete beträgt pro Monat 350 €.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 55m² groß. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbiliert ( Bett, Tisch, Stühle usw.) Im anderen Zimmer wohnt ein 23jähriges Mädchen. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, genau wie die Metrostation.

There is a room for rent in Helsinki from 1.1.2011 to 28.2.2011. The room is about 20m² and the rent is 350 €.

About the apartment: it’s 55m² total, there are two rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The room is fully furnished (bed, table, chairs, shelves etc.)
Your roommate will be a 23 year old girl. There is a supermarket round the corner and so is the metro.
